Heart Sense is a role-playing, web-based, free game designed to educate players about the risk of heart attacks. The game puts players in the shoes of a hero who must solve a crime while trying to find true love. Throughout the game, players run into characters experiencing heart attacks that they must help in order to receive clues and tips. This game was developed by the University of Pennsylvania.
